🤝 Знайомимо партнерів із системою реагування Запоріжжя
Для ефективної співпраці важливо не лише говорити про потреби міста, а й показувати партнерам, як Запоріжжя працює та реагує на виклики щодня.
Представники Casus Pax відвідали Комунальну аварійно-рятувальну службу, де детальніше ознайомилися з роботою міських служб.
📍У Ситуаційному центрі партнерам представили систему реагування на надзвичайні ситуації: алгоритми роботи, структуру та штат, координацію між службами після отримання інформації про атаку.
Наступною частиною візиту стало місце прильоту попередньої ночі. Представники Casus Pax побачили, як на практиці організована робота з ліквідації наслідків атаки, та ознайомилися з технікою, яку використовують міські служби для усунення руйнувань.
🚒 Також партнери відвідали дві бази КСВАРС та навчальний центр, де оглянули спеціалізовану техніку й обладнання, навчальні приміщення та засоби, які використовуються для практичної підготовки фахівців.
Для Інституту розвитку міста важливо підтримувати постійну комунікацію з міжнародними партнерами та знайомити їх із реальними умовами роботи Запоріжжя. Такі візити дають можливість краще зрозуміти роботу міських служб, безпосередньо обговорити їхні актуальні потреби та визначити пріоритети для подальшої співпраці.

🤝 Introducing Our Partners to Zaporizhzhia’s Emergency Response System
For effective cooperation, it is important not only to discuss the city’s needs, but also to show our partners how Zaporizhzhia operates and responds to challenges every day.
Representatives of Casus Pax visited the Municipal Emergency and Rescue Service to learn more about the work of the city’s services.
📍 At the Situation Centre, the partners were introduced to the city’s emergency response system, including its operational procedures, structure and staffing, as well as coordination between different services following reports of an attack.
The next part of the visit took place at the site of an attack that had occurred the previous night. Casus Pax representatives saw first-hand how the response and recovery process is organised and learned about the equipment used by municipal services to address the consequences of the damage.
🚒 The partners also visited two Municipal Specialized Emergency and Rescue Service operational bases and the training centre, where they viewed specialised machinery and equipment, training facilities, and the tools used for the practical training of specialists.
For the City Development Institute, it is important to maintain ongoing communication with international partners and provide them with a first-hand understanding of the conditions in which Zaporizhzhia operates. Such visits provide an opportunity to better understand the work of municipal services, discuss their current needs directly, and identify priorities for future cooperation.
