We rewrite the life stories of African orphans. There is no such concept as an orphan house. Unparent We are giving these orphans access to education.

We teach them English remotely, so in a couple of years, they can study any subject online and acquire a profession, which will allow them to start working as freelancers or go abroad. You can support the project by sharing and donating to the following fundraiser:

At Gifted English Children’s Home, the spring season brings renewed focus on learning and growth. Boys and girls of different ages take part in lessons where they read, speak, and answer questions in English, building their confidence step by step.

During the classes, the children actively engage in the learning process — raising their hands, presenting their answers, and supporting each other. These moments reflect not only education, but also courage, curiosity, and the desire to improve every day.

Through consistent effort and shared learning, the children continue to develop their skills and expand their opportunities for the future. Education remains a strong and steady foundation in their daily lives.

At Gifted English Children’s Home, daily life continues with a natural rhythm, where learning, play, and care are all part of one space. Children of different ages spend their days together — studying, helping with simple tasks, and sharing moments of joy.

As the season changes, there is a sense of renewal in everyday activities. Lessons, games, and small responsibilities create balance and connection. Through routine and interaction, the children grow, support one another, and build a sense of community.

At Gifted English Children’s Home, small things can bring big joy. Recently, the children received new mattresses for their beds, helping to make their sleeping space more comfortable and safe. For many of them, this simple change means better rest and a warmer place to call home.

Another helpful gift was a water container that allows the children to store water for daily use. In everyday life here, access to water is just as important as having a place to sleep. These practical donations remind us that care and support often come through simple but meaningful things that improve daily life for the children.

This week at Gifted English shelter has been filled with focus, curiosity and real classroom work 📚✏️. The children are learning letters, practicing reading and writing, answering questions and actively participating in lessons. You can see raised hands, attentive faces and the confidence that grows with every new word they understand.

Step by step, lesson by lesson, they are building discipline and knowledge that will stay with them for life 🌱. Education here is not just a routine — it is a daily effort, a shared commitment between teachers and children. Every week brings progress, and every small achievement becomes another brick in the foundation of their future 🌟.

Today, on February 14 ❤️, while almost the whole world celebrates love 💕, we want to share another kind of love — the one shining in the eyes of the children at Gifted English shelter 🌍. In their hands today are not just books 📚, but something much bigger ✨. You can see it in their smiles 😊, in the way they hold their new learning materials — with care, pride and hope 🌟.

On February 9 📅, all 36 children officially began their studies under the Ugandan national education program 🇺🇬. From the youngest 👶 to the oldest 👦🏾, they stepped into this new chapter bravely 💪 and with excitement 🎉. No one needs to force them to learn — they truly want it 💛. They understand that education is their path forward 🚀.

For these children, a book is not just paper 📖. It is a symbol of opportunity 🌈, dignity 🤍 and a brighter future 🌅. Even having so little, they show us what it means to value something small 🌱 and turn it into something great 🌟. Their determination and gratitude 🙏 remind us that real love ❤️ can be found in hope ✨, effort 💪 and the courage to dream 🌠. 🌍

At Gifted English Children’s Home, life is about more than lessons and routines. Even as we prepare for the new school term, we make space for moments that matter — moments of joy, connection, and celebration.

Today, two children from our home celebrated their birthdays in a warm and caring atmosphere. There were songs, clapping hands, shared laughter, sweet treats, and many smiles. No big gifts were needed — the greatest gift was attention, togetherness, and the feeling of being seen and loved.

These moments remind us that Gifted English is a family. Here, children grow not only through education, but through shared experiences, care, and simple happiness. Thank you to everyone who supports our home and helps create these meaningful moments for the children.

The holidays are over, and everyday life slowly returns to our children’s home in Uganda.
After the joy of Christmas and New Year celebrations, classes have resumed, notebooks are open again, and the children are back to learning, growing, and supporting one another in their daily routines.

Life here continues in simple ways — through shared lessons, quiet moments in the classroom, and the warmth of being together. Thank you to everyone who remains close to our children, not only during the holidays but also in the ordinary days that truly shape their future.

This Christmas became a truly special and blessed moment for our children.

Thanks to the kindness of sponsors and caring people who extended a helping hand, we were able to bring warmth, joy, and food to more than 80 children who need care, support, and a safe place to call home. On this holy Christmas day, the children were not only fed — they truly celebrated.

With the generous support of our sponsors, we were also able to purchase around seven (7) beds, giving the children comfort, dignity, and better sleeping conditions beyond the holiday itself.

There was music, dancing, singing, and smiles — moments of happiness the children shared together as one family.
Christmas reached their hearts through our shared efforts, generosity, and love.

While the world rushes — here, a full plate is a celebration 💫

In the days before Christmas, the world is full of noise and movement — shopping lists, bright lights, endless plans and festive rush.
And here, in a small orphanage in Uganda, the holiday looks very different.

Children line up calmly for a meal, older ones caring for the younger, guiding them gently. There is no hurry. This moment — a full plate, a shared space, a quiet order — is the celebration.
Because outside it is raining, they gather inside, close to each other, in a small sheltered room. A modest Christmas tree 🎄stands nearby, placed indoors so more children can fit into this safe corner.

This is their Christmas — not loud, not crowded, but warm in its own way.
A plate of food, a dry place, and the feeling of being together in a protected corner of Uganda.
