LEARN ABOUT DIABETES TODAY.
1. Two types are mainly talked about in the medical profession, Type 1 and Type 2. Type 1 is worse though. The exact cause of Diabetes 1 is unclear, but your immune system may attack and destroy the insulin producing cells, this makes glucose levels in your blood to spike .
Also, there's no exact cure for Diabetes, so only manage your blood sugar levels, 90 to 110 mg/dL is fair. Always check out at the hospital before it's too late.

2. What are the signs of Diabetes
-increased thirst for water, feeling tired and hungry, frequent urination, vision problems, slow wound healing, yeast infection, weight loss, numbness in feet and hands, smelly urine and color, etc etc..

3.WHAT TO EAT, & WHAT TO AVOID
- Avoid /limit on processed meat, red meat, refined sugary drinks like sodas, sweetened white bread, table sugar, brown sugar, snacks, alcohol and smoking, fats and oils,,.. among others. These and others may spike ur blood glucose levels, a condition which may nt be reversed.. (hyperglycemia).

Consider taking- green leafy vegetables, avocados, fresh fruits like oranges, blackberries, grapes, bananas, take enough water daily, eat poultry and boiled eggs, reduce salt intake, eat nuts, whole grains(other than processed foods), plant fibres like cabbages, etc etc. Do regular exercise, like morning and evening walk.
The vitamins, minerals and antioxidants contained in these foods help to balance insulin levels in blood.
