ent, and creates awareness of cultural heritage, appreciation of arts, scientific achievements and innovations; Jinja Public library provides access to cultural expressions of all performing arts; it also facilitates the development of information and computer literacy skills,Jinja public library goes ahead to ensure access for citizens to all sorts of community information, it supports and participates in literally activities and programs for all age groups and initiate such activities if necessary.
