Uganda is facing a horde of socio-economic and political problems which have in process resulted to abject poverty,among the masses;
Disunity,poor planning,poor living conditions, and poor health.This has left the majority with a very big task of providing for their future generation.Its upon this background that a group of strong willed Ugandan from Busoga region resolved to form an organisat
ion in the names of BUSOGA TALENT DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION(BTDA) that would help encounter some of the above challenges a fore-mentioned. The association have its activities run in BUSOGA and thereafter will spread to other parts of the country as it would be deemed necessary. The office of the association is situated in Mayuge District,Magamaga trading centre,and Wairasa sub county in the republic of Uganda. We have a vision of promoting unity among the youth of Busoga and not discriminate in religious or tribe background in the Association. To Educate people about music,dance,and drama(MDD) and to reduce the level of poverty in Busoga especially in youth. Some of our objectives are;
To promote activities that will contribute to the building and sustenance of youth with in the region of Busoga. To join hands with other organisation to fight,sensitize,and create awareness capacity building on poverty alleviation techniques through income generating activities in the focus communities. To network with any agency,person or Government(local or international) who have similar interests. To promote entrepreneurship skills among members and focus communities through imroving their skills in income generation and management. Membership is open to all persons of 18 years and above and this is done in two categories. (i).The associate is any member or organisation regardless of sex,age,atomicity or religion that have shown measurable interest of participating in the activities of the association. (ii).Ordinary member apply to all members who are not founder member of the association. The association has a constitution with different articles including termination of membership. The structure of the association consist of the following;

2.THE PATRON
3.DIRECTORS
4.THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE. Board of trustees comprise of experienced,reputable, and development minded person. The magement of the association go through the executive committee.They act for and on behalf of the association. Sub committee is in place for particular function in pursuance of the set objectives.These reports to the executive committee. The composition of the executive committee consist of,

Directors
Co-ordinators
Adiministrators
and Secretary. The duties of a patron is to advise the association and to guide where it may lose its trend i.e.their objectives. To link association to other communities i.e.friends,donors,have access to grants. To be overall spokesperson of the association. The duties of the Directors is to be the overseer of the association. To run day to day administration. To be the chief signatory of the accounts. To chair the annual general assembly. To be a senior signatory to the account of the association. Any meeting(s) related to the interest of the association is held at such times and shall require or determine.
