Mpola Mpola Uganda Mpola Mpola Uganda seeks promotion of a village,Kakooko in Uganda In our activities, there is women's craft group to make original products with kitengi.

We "Mpola Mpola Uganda" are working as a non-profit organization promoting the standard of living in Kakooko in Kabale, Uganda. Our goals are as follows
- Let children access quality education
- Generate income for each family
- Comprehend knowledge of agriculture of farmers
- Promote a healthy life (Food, Health, Hygiene)
-Environmental conservation awareness in kakooko village ans its surrounding areas(lake Bunyonyi)

We had 2 fun activities at Kakooko in December.

FUN! FUN! LEARN!】
More than 40 children came and learnt Mathematics, English and reading picture books. After one week passed, surprisingly even 5yrs child (cannot manage English) could recite some common phrases!

【Women’s Craft】
Recently the number of women has been increasing and now we have more than 40members. This time, as old members led teaching others, the other members also started helping each other.
We sell our crafts at the lodges around Lake Bunyonyi and some places in Kampala. The profit will be distributed to the women for school fee and upkeep.

This time we got a special guest who is a movie director and had been traveling Uganda to get some ideas for his next work. He made a short film of Kakooko, so please enjoy watching our beautiful place.

Since this is our first stage to achieve our goals, we need more improvement from on each activity.
