alth lives .They are trained and mentored to support their fellow and young people in terms of identifying more who could be HIV positive but don't know ,Link them to care services, Provide adherence and Psychosocial support to their peers. To contribute to reduction of HIV related morbidity and mortality among adolescent and young people living with HIV in Uganda by 50% by 2023. Increase the proportion of adolescents and young people living with HIV who know their HIV status in Uganda from 66% to 95% by 2023 .
�. Improve ART treatment coverage of adolescent and young people living with HIV from 66% to 95% by 2023 .
�.Increase VL suppression among adolescent and young people living with HIV in Uganda from 77% to 95 % by 2023.
�.To strengthen psychosocial care and support services for AYPLHIV to cope better with their HIV status. YAPS being implemented in 9 districts in Uganda Jinja,Mubende,Mityana,Otuke,Lira,Soroti,,Kumi,Kabarole and Kyenjojo.6 IPs supporting the implementation. TASO, RHITES-EC, M2M,RHITES-NL, Mildmay and Baylor Uganda.Yaps in scale up to other districts in uganda .
