Today marks exactly 5 years since Sabayekera Gen Museveni commanded Gen.Peter Elwelu to kill over 100 people in Kasese including women and children. To-date, no investigation has happened, and Kasese has never healed. Impunity won't last forever, a day will come when perpetrators of these atrocities will be brought to justice.
