God's Love To the Nations" is partnering with Evangelist Tusinguzi Evard Kabaali "God's Mercy To the World", Mbarara, Uganda, East-Central Africa in support of the call of God on his life to preach the gospel to the world! He was never able to go to secondary school because of a lack of funds. Although he did not come from an educated family and was not educated, he had a burning desire in his hea
rt to learn to speak and write English. At an early age Evard received Jesus Christ into his heart as Lord and Savior and experienced the New Birth in Christ. He never understood why he had such a burning desire in his heart to learn English until he receive the call from God to preach the gospel to the world. The Lord blessed Evard with two Bibles-- one of his local language “Runyankore” and another of English. He knew that he could never go back to primary school to learn English only; and so, he prayed to God to help him learn English. Evard would open to a scripture in the English Bible and open to the same scripture in the Runyankore Bible. He would read the scripture in English and then read the same scripture in the Runyankore Bible for the meaning. He would sometimes spend all day at home doing nothing but reading the Bibles and learning to interpret from English to Runyankore. By God's grace, Evard started speaking English based on all he had learned from the Bibles and from what he had learned while interpreting for a pastor. Evard was later given a chance to become one of the preachers in the church. As he preached in English while one well educated member interpreted him, the people wondered how Evard had learned to speak English. Evard ventured out for a short while; but felt the Lord leading him back to his home town, Mbarara, Uganda to minister to the people there. Times were not easy; but Evard kept trusting and serving God. God began raising him up in ministry; and he started preaching in other churches, seminars and crusades. Just about everywhere he would go, he would preach/speak in English and have someone translate to the people. Evard is grateful to God that he can now speak, write and even sing in English! And remains faithful to the call of God on his life to “preach the gospel to the world!”
