SECURITY AND CRIME PREVENTION TIPS
1.Lock all the gates properly.
2. Ensure Security lights are on at night.
3. Do not leave your home unattended to. Criminals will take advantage

5. Have police contacts with you, especially call centers like 999,112 etc
6. Slash all bushe's around your homes to deny the criminals cover.
7. Attend security meetings once invited.
8. Make sure you have security tools like pangas, short hoes, Whistles, alarms,electric bells & if you can CCTV cameras. They will help you in the time of threat.
9. Avoid keeping large sums of money at home.
10. Avoid unnecessary late movements at night. Your put your life at risk
11. Avoid conflicts as a result of bad deals,office wrangles, stealing people's wives & men. It will land you into trouble
12. Report all suspicious elements/people to police or local authority in time.
13. Mark roads to your homes for easy access by Security in case of any response to a distress call at your home.
14. Have private security guards & pay them well.
15. When you chase away workers or maids, change padlocks.
16. If you like dogs,have some at your place.
17. Have burglar proofs in Windows & doors.
18. Mark all your properties for easy identification when stolen & recovered.
19. Identify & report hideouts for criminals near your place of residence.

23. Maintain a backup for the CCTV in case thugs vandalize the original storage.
24. Keep reviewing CCTV footage to be able to identify criminals, most times these criminals do reconnaissance at the targets before they attack.
