AIDES promotes education and training for children and youth. We do have incubation programs for internees, high school or institute completing students and community youth. We help a few vulnerable children and poor youth to access education and skills training. Small number of children are offered sponsorship through sports and talent promotion. Youth or students are offered certificates after a short training period. We are looking for developing partners to see if there ways we can work together.

Coffee has been taken as a family crop for decades that helps many households to generate an income especially the poor and middle-income for generations.

My story: I am from a coffee family that started growing coffee for over 51 years ago, and it has shifted from generation to generation. Once years back, I told my mum to cut down the whole plantation because the price was low and the business was overtaken by vanilla. She replied to: ''I will not take that decision......'' Up to now she holds like 6 acres of coffee with my dud, and encouraged us children to establish more farms and grow more.

She said; ''coffee supported you in education since childhood until you completed school, it has gone to the other generations up to-date - on......''

AIDEST has revised its programs starting 2020.
Youth entrepreneurship, creative education and innovation skills training including:-

Computer basics and I.T skills, learn to creating populate Word templates in styles of Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint.

Tailoring and fashion designing, (energy promotion - solar and electrical installation, biogas production), metal work & fabrication, carpentry & joinery, waste management and recycling.

Media making skills by knowing how to capture and editing videos and photos through InDesign, Photoshop using Adobe Creative Cloud Program. Learn to upload these products on Vimeo and Youtube with subtitles.

AIDEST promotes and supports any young person in ages 13 - 30 who has love and interest to improve life-skills in anyways possible without any discrimination of s*x, religion, race, color, disability, gender and culture as long as that person follows under the categories of age and family status.
