Join NARO this December as we celebrate the efforts of the best researchers and farmers at the Utafiti Food Festival. Also, watch out for Kampala's finest food masters and creators, the A-list of entertainers and lots of kids’ games to cater to the little ones.

Mark started his cooking under his mother's watchful eye in 1984 before joining the Jimmy Sekasi Institute of Catering (after his O levels in 1994), where he acquired his certificate in the culinary arts. He is an avid green thumb, and he grows the herbs he uses for cooking and creating his culinary experiences.
