The Henry Class 2 leadership group thoroughly enjoyed their Public Safety Day experience, engaging with various agencies and learning about their collaborative efforts to maintain safety in Henry County. The event featured demonstrations involving helicopters, fi****ms, K9 units, a tour of the new jail facility, and fire trucks. We extend our gratitude to the Henry County EMA, Henry County Sheriff’s Office , Survival Flight 15, Abbeville Police Department, Police Department Chief Mark D. Jones, and Headland Fire-Rescue, particularly Sheriff Eric Blankenship, for his participation and hospitality.
