💚💙 Vermilion Parish is showing some LOVE for our waterways! 💚💙
We were proud to join Billy Nungesser Lt. Governor of Louisiana and communities from across Louisiana in New Orleans to kick off Love Our Waterways Month — a statewide effort led by Keep Louisiana Beautiful to celebrate, protect, and care for the waterways that make our state so special.
From our bayous and marshes to our coastal waters, Vermilion Parish is deeply connected to the water. It’s part of our culture, our heritage, our way of life — and a big part of what makes the Most Cajun Place on Earth so unique. 🌾🦐🎣
We’re proud to see Vermilion Parish well represented and ready to do our part alongside our local partners and community leaders. Now, it’s our turn!
