🚒 Upcoming Fire Department Training – Community Notice 🚒
The City of Abbeville Fire Department and Abbeville County Fire Services will be jointly hosting a county-wide training event tomorrow, March 7, bringing departments from across the county together for a day of hands-on training.
Training will take place at:
📍 The Abbeville County Library
📍 A City-owned property on Cambridge Street (beside the City’s Public Utilities Office)
Residents may notice an increased presence of fire apparatus, emergency vehicles, and personnel in these areas during the training. Please do not be alarmed, this is only a training exercise. There is no emergency, and there is no danger to the public.
This county-wide training brings together both City and County departments to share equipment, props, facilities, and instructors. It is a testament to how closely our agencies work together and the effort that goes into ensuring the safety and preparedness of our entire community.
