Coastal Community Action Program (CCAP) is part of the Community Action Network of Agencies across the country. Community action agencies truly make the promise of helping people

change lives and fighting poverty at the local level. CCAP creates opportunities for people to prosper personally though a variety of programs and services such as weatherization, job training and placement, housing, energy assistance and transportation. CCAP knows that people in our communities are experiencing growing financial challenges amid an uncertain economic climate and are one paycheck away from becoming homeless. Coastal Community Action Program helps to remove the barriers that prevent achieving economic stability. Job Posting: Landing Pad Program Specialist - Clark county
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Landing Pad Program Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of the Landing Pad, a voluntary short-term transitional housing program operated by Coastal Community Action Program (CCAP) in partnership with the Clark County Jail Programs Unit. The Landing Pad provides immediate safe housing, intensive case coordination, peer support, and community connection for individuals being released from the Clark County Jail who are navigating behavioral health challenges, housing instability, and re-entry barriers. The program operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and is funded through the Clark County Mental Health Sales Tax.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The HCS Administrative Support II provides full-time administrative support to Care Coordinators, Program Specialists, and leadership across CCAP’s Housing & Community Services programs in Grays Harbor, Pacific, and Lewis Counties. This position is based at the Aberdeen office and manages a broad range of participant-focused administrative tasks that reduce documentation burden on direct service staff, ensure program compliance, and support continuity of participant services.
Core functions include recertifications, reauthorizations, benefits administration, FCS application support, assignment tracking, HEN subsidy coordination, and logistical participant support. This position does not carry a direct client caseload but works in close coordination with Care Coordinators and program staff to support participant outcomes.
This is a full-time position based in Aberdeen, Washington.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Coastal Community Action is looking for a Supported Employment Specialist/Job Coach for our Centralia office. This position is responsible for all aspects of working with people with developmental disabilities in a supported employment program and/or Community Inclusion. This position is responsible for coaching participants at their work/volunteer site, and assisting them in addressing barriers to employment. This position is also responsible for developing potential job opportunities within the community in for-profit agencies and businesses and for providing technical assistance to employers in addressing barriers to employment. Community Inclusion services focuses on working with people with developmental disabilities on activities that are typically experienced by the general public while ensuring health and safety, promoting positive image and relationships in the community. Staff will be expected to be working with a client or on behalf of a client 80% of the day.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Coastal Community Action Program is looking to hire a Case Manager to work in the Ryan White & HOPWA programs. This position will assist clients in accordance with established guidelines, regulations, policies, and practices for three programs: Ryan White Case Management, Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) and Ryan White Housing. Responsibilities include providing advocacy, assessments, case management, information, conducting outreach and referrals, client interviews, intakes, development and implementation of individualized case plans, incorporation of life skills training including budgeting, housing, employment, refer to legal experts and more, and enforcement of program policies. Assessment of eligibility for financial assistance for persons and families experiencing a recent loss or reduction in income or an increase in expenses and who would benefit from financial assistance. Monitor client’s progress in accomplishing service plan goals. Coordinate distribution of funds to individuals and families requiring supportive services, emergency financial assistance, temporary assistance, transitional assistance, or tenant-based rental assistance. Work closely with the primary health care providers, case managers, state, and local agencies who provide supportive services for HIV positive individuals. This position demands a high level of cultural competency of the unique needs of the LGBTQIA++ community, communities of color, and other vulnerable populations. This position is a full-time position working from either our Olympia office, or our Centralia office, depending on location of the preferred candidate, serving clients in Grays Harbor, Pacific, Thurston, Mason, and Lewis Counties.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Controller is an Exempt position. The Controller will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to support general accounting business functions. CCAP is mainly grant funded and follows grant accounting guidelines. The primary duties include managing other accounting team members, day to day accounting tasks, accounts receivables through accounting software and other programs, daily bookkeeping, data entry and record keeping, and bank reconciliations. This position will provide timely, proactive and professional customer service to all internal and external customers.
