We are excited to announce Find Your Voice will be starting in September! This is an all inclusive group for folks 18+. Group will be held at our Healing House and we'll have plenty of snacks and bottled water. We want to thank our friend Kennedy of KP Lashes. She's hosting What Not show's starting on the 16th of this month and each show will benefit a different Grays Harbor non-profit. Beyond Survival will be the beneficiary of the first show on the 16th, and Camp Victory will be on the 19th. Each show has a different theme. Click the link below to learn more and take part. Hey everybody! As always, I appreciate each and every donation, and trade for this commission based program 💖

I am sharing again because I am in need of girls clothes that are in great condition, or even new for my back to school sale coming up this month. I already have quite a bit but the more the better! (Boys clothes are welcome also!!)
For grades pre-k all the way to high school are welcome!

This is important to me as this show is also dedicated to raising funds for Camp Victory!

When teenagers fall in love for the first time, it can feel exhilarating, all-consuming, and overwhelming. But for some, what feels like love is actually something far more dangerous: grooming.

Grooming is what happens when someone deliberately builds trust with a person for the purpose of sexually exploiting them.

When a young person is groomed by an adult, they may feel special, chosen, or even like they're in love. Those feelings are real. So is the abuse.

That's what makes grooming so dangerous. Grooming can make it essentially impossible for someone to realize they're being exploited—not loved.

Adults aren't the only ones who can learn to recognize the warning signs and intervene. Kids and teens can also learn what grooming looks like and how to get help from a trusted adult.

Great information from Darkness to Light. Don't wait to have important conversations until there's a crisis, start having micro-conversations with kids now. Find those small teachable moments, and most importantly, listen to what kiddos are saying. We got alot out of this read, and we know you will too friends.

Learn how simple conversations, supervision, and everyday choices can help protect children and prevent child sexual abuse.
