Sometimes what times like this?
I really don't know how much I can take.
I just keep my head up and keep rolling on and forging ahead. And pray my wife Will Feel better. It's quite a shock when I left one of yours very close to you goes into ICU.

Ain't it strange how people give? Charities who give to other charities. Are yall giving cuz its right or because it makes you look good. What about that homeless man needing a meal? What about kids you see who are always hungry? What about your neighbor who may be going through something and your too busy trying to look good instead of helping your neighbor.
Love thy neighbor as thyself.

I am convinced that Hendricks hospital here in Abilene doesn't have clue of what they are doing. We go in for one thing and then they try to find something else. Up to my head in frustration.

My wife recently became blind. It's been coming and we were prepared for it to come. Watching my wife recently hasn't been easy. It's like the lights are off but somebody is home. I hold her arm to guide her around where we are at. I realized where I live there is not really a lot of places that cater to blind people. Target is the only store that has a community wheel chair. It's easier this way because I can push her. I never thought my first relationship would be a blue book for things to come later. The Lord prepared me for what was going to happen.

So it's always the first 2 months of the year, January and February. These two months are always the hardest months of the year. I don't know why. Just every year January and February are horrible to me.

Believe it or not, I do get scared and sad. I come to work with a smile and try to be cheerful. I joke with my coworkers to get a comedy relief going. But lately I've been scared for my wife who is struggling with her recent blindness. We pray this is temporary and can be fixed and resolved. But also realizing it can go the other way and temporary can turn to permanent. I feel life has thrown us a deal of curve balls and this one I can't seem to hit a way. I love my wife and will be there for her hand and foot. We just praise Jesus for this time we have and believe there is something good coming. God has a way of putting us in a position to succeed even if the circumstances we don't understand.

Marriage
I met and married the love of my life on September 23 2016. We met in March of 2016. It's been up and down. Lot of happiness and a lot of sorrow. Everything she goes through I go through. It doesn't change how I feel. I love her dearly. Marriage is a commitment that many don't understand. We give each other 100% and nothing less. Is it difficult? Yes. Is it fulfilling? Yes. We place Jesus on the front of our marriage and we make sure that part is the most important.
