Abilene Recycling Center

Abilene Recycling Center We are a recycling center located in Abilene, KS. Open 8-5, Tues-Fri, and 8-2 on Saturdays. Our Brush Days are on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.

We accept aluminum beverage cans, tin cans, #1 and #2 plastics only, newspapers, corrugated cardboard, pressed cardboard, glass, magazines and other slicks. We accept limbs up to 8" in diameter for the wood chipper. We do occasionally have free compost available. Please empty, clean, dry and sort your recyclables. Thank you!

Please do your part to help keep our machines working properly. Dumping boards with nails in them in a brush pile that is meant for the chipper could damage the blades and other parts of the chipper. Please wait to bring brush during scheduled brush days.
