It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our Chaplain, Dennis Eastridge.

Dennis had been battling illness for some time, and he truly fought a good fight with strength, grace, and unwavering faith. Even during his sickness, he continued to encourage those around him.

Throughout his time with our department, he was a steady source of comfort, wisdom, and strength. He had a way of speaking life into difficult moments and reminding us why we serve. He was deeply loved by our department family and by all who knew him.

We are grateful for the impact he made on each of us, and his legacy of faith and encouragement will not be forgotten.

Please keep his family and our fire department family in your thoughts and prayers during this time.

Rest easy, brother. We’ll take it from here.
