🚨 High Tide & Storm Advisory 🚨

Residents should expect high tide to impact several roadways, which may result in closures, including:

• S. Shore Road
• S. New Road (Route 9)
• S. Mill Road
• Absecon Boulevard (US Route 30)

Please remain alert for any travel bans that may be issued as conditions worsen.

⚠️ Avoid driving during the storm unless absolutely necessary. Flooding, snow, and rapidly changing conditions can make travel extremely dangerous.

Additionally, please refer to the attached image regarding parking prohibitions for snow plowing in accordance with Absecon Code 330-12. Compliance helps ensure our crews can effectively clear roadways and keep our community safe.

Stay informed, stay off the roads when possible, and stay safe.

Absecon Mayor Tom Marrone visited the Third Grade students at H.A. Marsh Elementary School on Wednesday, Jan. 28 for an informative discussion about civics and how local government operates. Marrone’s visit coincides with the district’s social studies curriculum that focuses on the branches of government.
