Good afternoon, Red Top fans! Due to the excessive heat, we won’t be having our campfire tonight. To help make up for it, we’ll be hosting a 30-minute reptile encounter in the Visitor Center Event Room from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM. We’re sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope to see you tonight!

Good morning, Red Top fans! We’re just 5 days away from our monthly Meditation at the Park.

Join us at the Vaughn Cabin behind the Visitor Center from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early so everyone has time to settle in and we can begin on time. Seating will be limited, so feel free to bring your own chair, blanket, or cushion if you’d like.

This event is free to attend, but a park pass is required. If the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll move the event inside to the event room in the Visitor Center.
If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Visitor Center at (770) 975-0055 or email us at [email protected].
We can’t wait to see you there!

Animals, like some humans, have their own personalities. These are a few of our friends that we keep and take care of at the Visitors Center. Meet them in person at one of our Reptile Rendezvous or Campfire Comradery (for those staying in the campground only) programs this month!
Who do you think is the coolest (pun intended!) reptile??
