We are excited to announce our next beautiful home is completed! This new 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home is currently rented for the 21/22 school year. It is the second of three new homes to come on Main Street. We pride ourselves on having beautiful and well kept rental properties for the local students who want a safe and secure home to live in.

We are super excited that our first of three new homes is completed and our tenants started to move in this weekend!
It is completely rented for the 20/21 school year.
The next home will be White and mirror image of this home located right next door.

Our newest rental is underway! We are proud to offer the best homes for the local University students!
This home along with our other 3 are already booked for the 2020/21 school year. You will not find better quality rentals than ours! 🧡💪🏻🖤

Pretty proud of the guys with me here. With their help we built this 1900 sq ft 5 bed rm 2 bath rm 1car garage whole house in 10.5 days. Was nothing but block foundation when we started. They even had 2 of those days with out me even being there. Pretty darn good guys. It’s even shingled, windows are in, all of the framing complete, tubs set.
