At the end of the 25-26 school year, students at AFMS received summer math packets full of games, logic puzzles, and real world application problems to foster critical thinking and engagement with mathematics over summer break. 💚

Thank you to all families who encouraged their students to work on the packet over the summer. Congratulations to 8th grader Nevaeh P. and 7th grader Emma P. who won the prize drawing! 👏

If your student still has a packet they have worked on, it can be turned in to Dr. Hover-Preiss, the middle school office, or the high school office.

We welcomed our new staff members to the district in a memorable way—with special ribbon-cutting ceremonies!

For Camryn and Morgan, this year marks the exciting milestone of having their very first classrooms. Richard Case and Michael Cooper are new to our district and stepping into roles that differ from those they held in their previous districts.

We are excited to have them join our school community and wish them an incredible year ahead! 🌟

🎉 Ready for a great year ahead!

On Monday, August 31, our 7th and 8th grade students participated in a Back-to-School Orientation to help them feel prepared and excited for the upcoming school year at the high school building.

Students met with their homerooms, toured the school, and participated in community-building games and activities. It was a great opportunity to connect, get comfortable in their new space, and start building a strong school community.

Our students are ready to make this a fantastic school year at ! 📚✨
