Adamsburg and Community Volunteer Fire Department is located in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County and is approximately 30 miles east of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Adamsburg & Community Volunteer Fire Department was established in 1951 and provides fire, rescue, and first responder emergency medical services to the citizens of Hempfield Township, Adamsburg Borough, and Arona Borough. The A

damsburg & Community Volunteer Fire Departmentis one of twelve fire companies in Hempfield Township. is currently equipped with 1 Quint, 1 Engine, 1 Certified Advanced Rescue and 1 Trail Gator equipped for wild land firefighting and off-road remote rescues. currently operates the FIRST Department of Health Certified Advanced Rescue in Westmoreland County. Adamsburg and Community Volunteer Fire Department respond to approximately 400 emergencies annually. These calls range from Fire Emergencies, Rescue Calls, Emergency Medical Services Assists, and Public Service Details.
