Coaching in Action: Cubing the Victory!

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Coach Nakara Young as she stepped into the classroom for a collaborative math lesson!

Coach Young worked alongside our students as they explored how to find the cube root of a number; bringing together instruction, teamwork, problem-solving, and a little fun!

At Minor Middle, instructional coaching is about more than supporting great teaching but it’s about learning together and growing together.

This week, choose words that encourage, include, and uplift. A simple “good job,” “you’ve got this,” or “come sit with us” can completely change someone’s day.

💜 Students: Be the reason someone feels seen this week.
💜 Parents: Encourage your child to lead with kindness, even when no one is watching.
