We are about 40 days out I want to thank everyone for the support and words of encouragement throughout the last few months we still have work to do! Early voting is around the corner everyone make sure you get out and vote although I would love and appreciate your support, regardless of who you vote for I encourage everyone to get out and cast your vote it is fundamentaly in my opinion one of the greatest freedoms we have as Americans so get out and cast your vote! West Baton Rouge Parish Prepares for Tropical Storm Francine: Sandbag Distribution and Bulk Trash Pickup Information

West Baton Rouge Parish is actively preparing for Tropical Storm Francine, which is expected to impact our region. The West Baton Rouge Parish Government, Council, Sheriff’s Office, Homeland Security, and Fire Department have been meeting to prepare for the storm, establishing sandbag distribution points and taking additional measures to ensure a coordinated and effective response to potential weather-related challenges.

Additionally, our road crews are working diligently to pick up bulk trash throughout the parish. To assist us in managing this task effectively, please ensure that only bulk trash which is already placed out is collected. We request that residents hold off on putting out any new bulk trash until after the storm has passed.

For reporting fallen trees, debris or other storm non-emergency issues, please email [email protected]. In the event of an emergency, call 911 immediately.

We urge all residents to prepare for potential impacts, stay informed through our page (West Baton Rouge Parish Government), local weather updates, and follow any instructions provided by local authorities.

Friends, Family and Fellow citizens of Addis,

My name is Dustin Hebert, a lifelong resident of our great Town of Addis. I am currently seeking election for a seat on the Addis Town Council.

I am confident that my 18 years of law enforcement experience conjoined with my 19 years in the Louisiana Army National Guard as a non commissioned officer have equipped me with the leadership skills, training and dedication to be an effective member of your town council.

To bring a council member that answers to and is held accountable to all citizens of Addis night, day, holidays, rain or shine no matter where you live in the town limits of Addis I will be accountable and available to you!

I humbly ask for your support and vote on Nov 5,2024 as one of your next Addis Town Council members!
