We had such a blast last year, and we can’t wait to do it all again - Oktoberfest is coming back to the Village Green!
Mark your calendars for Friday, October 16 (5–10 p.m.) and Saturday, October 17 (3–10 p.m.).
Enjoy live music, tasty food, German and seasonal beers, fun contests, and more, all in a cozy heated tent.

Admission is FREE and there will be fun for all ages!

It's hard to believe, but the 2026 Rock 'N Wheel season came to an end on Thursday, August 27, with performances by sixteencandlesband, Jagged Little Pill - The Alanis Morissette Tribute Band and a fireworks finale.

We had an incredible season filled with 12 amazing shows, 48 different performers and 5 national acts. While some unfortunate weather delays did affect a show or two, that didn’t stop Addison from rocking away on the Village Green for our favorite weekly summer activity. With stunning, memorable performances from artists like Jump, Sebastian Bach, Lita Ford, and Easton Corbin, and delicious food from local vendors, the Village of Addison community was able to come together, connect, and enjoy a live show every week.

We would like to thank the performers, vendors, sponsors, and staff who made it all possible, and we look forward to jumping back into the Rock ‘N Wheels action next summer with you all again!

However, the fun in Addison doesn’t end with Rock ‘N Wheels! Be sure to keep up to date with the other amazing events coming to Addison like Oktoberfest and the annual Christmas Tree Lighting.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 30: Join the Village of Addison and the Medinah Shriners for this year’s parade, themed “America@250: Let Freedom Ring!” on Sunday, August 30th. The parade steps off from Addison Trail High School at 3pm and travels east to Kennedy Drive, so be sure to line the streets to witness the spectacle! Road closures will start at 2pm and last until approximately, 5pm.

This year, you can expect new and exciting units to join us, including The Jesse White Tumbling Team, New Generation Fancy Drill Team & Performance Arts Ensemble, the Illinois Region Model A Restorer’s Club, The Blooze Brothers mobile, and the Potts & Pans Steelband

The final Rock ‘N Wheels of the season is going on now! Head out to the Addison Village Green ( 1 Friendship Plaza, Addison, IL) for live music, food, and fun!

Jagged Little Pill is on the stage now

16 Candles will take the stage at 8

The night will end with a FIREWORKS FINALE at 9:40, visible right from the Village Green!

THURSDAY, AUGUST 27: Bring your lawn chairs out to the Village Green (1 Friendship Plaza) for the last Rock 'N Wheels Bike and Car Cruise Night of the season!

6:30 p.m. Jagged Little Pill - The Alanis Morissette Tribute Band
8 p.m. sixteencandlesband (80's Pop Tribute)
Season finale fireworks will begin at approximately 9:40, and will be visible right from the Village Green.

Food, beverages, and deserts will be available for purchase from Addison's very own: 601 Bar & Grill, Barbara's Polish Deli, Sweet 'n Brew Cafe, Lou Malnati's, Muggs-N-Manor, Tacos Puebla-Addison, and Holy Smokes BBQ

Addison Historical Museum Open House 6 - 8 p.m., features Craft and Vintage Fair plus "Revolutionary War Soldiers" reenactors.

Kids attractions available next to the Addison Historical Museum.

Bike show located on May St. The Car Show is located at Green Meadow Shopping Center in spots along Lake Street only.

Doors open at 6 pm and admission is FREE.
Handicapped parking available at Village Hall.
Please keep in mind that tarps are not allowed on the Village Green.

🌿🎷Don't miss the final concert in the Addison Center for the Arts Summer Gazebo concert series! Reunion Jazz Orchestra will be performing tonight, August 25, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Addison Village Green. Join us for jazz, ballads, progressive, some Latin, and powerful big band rock! Please note that we are not expecting a food truck tonight, so bring your own picnics and beverages. The admission is free and open to the public.
