Join us for the Fall Town Meeting on Thursday, October 22, from 6–8pm at the Addison Performing Arts Centre, 15650 Addison Road. Everyone is welcome!

From 6–7pm, enjoy a casual mingle with Town staff and area nonprofit agencies. It’s a chance to ask questions, learn about current projects, and share your ideas.

At 7pm, settle in for a Town Update from the Mayor about what’s happening in Addison and what’s coming next.

Addison neighbors turned out in a big way for National Night Out at Les Lacs Park on Tuesday, October 6! The crowd enjoyed an evening with Addison Police, Fire, and other Town departments, complete with bounce houses, snow cones from the Fire Department, a chance to dunk a police officer, and plenty of food. In fact, more than 400 hot dogs were served!

Thank you to everyone who came out to spend time with neighbors, meet our first responders, and help make National Night Out such a fun community tradition.

The splash pad at Addison Circle Park will temporarily close as a precaution due to nearby work and associated noise.

We anticipate reopening Thursday, October 15, depending on the contractor’s progress and site conditions.

Drivers should plan for northbound lane closures on Midway Road beneath the Arapaho bridge this Friday, October 9, for a bridge span delivery as part of the Cotton Belt hike and bike trail project.

Right northbound lane: Closed from 4am-3:30pm
Middle northbound lane: Closed from 4-7am

All northbound lanes will reopen by 3:30pm.

Please use caution in the area and allow extra travel time.

Another Addison Oktoberfest is officially in the books, and what a weekend it was. Danke to everyone who came out and helped make this year’s celebration such a memorable mix of Bavarian fun and Texas flair.

We also want to extend a huge danke to our amazing community volunteers. Your energy, hard work, and enthusiasm keep this festival running smoothly and help bring the spirit of Oktoberfest to life year after year.

A special congratulations to Bitter Sisters Brewery's Hissy Fit Marzen L***r for earning third place in the first-ever Best Texas Oktoberfest Bier Competition! Thirteen Texas beers competed, and the competition was tough
Next year marks the 40th anniversary of Addison Oktoberfest, and big things are already in the works.
