🍽️ Free Summer Meals Start Today – 2 Locations!

We’re happy to share that there are two ways for your family to receive free meals this summer:

- Indian Trail Junior High School
- Addison Public Library

You’re welcome to visit both locations in one day—for example, you can enjoy a meal at Indian Trail, then walk over to the library to pick up food for later!

Please be sure to check the flyers for pickup times and details at each site.

Some fun from today’s Field Day at Ardmore Elementary School- Addison. Staff from Ardmore and the District Office faced off in an Inflatable Costume Race!

Last night’s Board of Education meeting at Village Hall was all about student leadership! Student councils from every elementary school and Indian Trail proudly presented highlights from their work during the 2024–2025 school year.

Joined by their principals and staff liaisons, these students shared how they made a difference in their schools and the Addison community.

Our 5th graders are headed to IT next year, and we can’t wait to see how they continue to lead. Great job, everyone!

Standing alongside Superintendent Dr. Sutton and Board President Chris Bollig, Leticia Gutierrez was appointed last night as our next Assistant Director of Biliteracy.

A proud Lincoln Elementary staff member, Mrs. Gutierrez stood out in an extensive search process led by Director of Biliteracy, Crystal Jimenez.

With two master’s degrees, multiple endorsements, and a strong background in both EL and SPED programming, she brings a powerful blend of experience and passion to the role. Her leadership in the Superhero Camp, BPAC, and the Bilingual Parent Summit reflects her deep dedication to Addison families and multilingual learners.

We’re excited for what’s ahead—congrats, Mrs. Gutierrez!

6th and 7th graders, along with Indian Trail and District Office staff, lined the halls to cheer on our 8th graders during their final walk through the building. Parents greeted them at the end to celebrate this special moment before tomorrow’s promotion ceremony!
