The All-New Free and Rowdy Party of Georgia The All-New Free and Rowdy Party™ was formed in 1984 by Col. Lonnie Fain, The Perpetual Write-In Candidate for Lt.

Governor of the State of Georgia who founded its genesis in the ideas put forth by The Free and Rowdy Party in the mayoral election of 1847 in Atlanta, Georgia.
