September is National Fall Prevention Month, and WellWise Services Area Agency on Aging is offering a FREE Fall Prevention Workshop to help older adults stay safe, active and independent.

✔️ Proper use and sizing of walkers and canes
✔️ Home safety and medication management

📣 UPDATE: Tecumseh Senior Center Temporary Location

The Tecumseh Senior Center will remain at its temporary location a little longer than originally anticipated.

As previously planned, the Center will be closed Friday and Monday. Beginning Tuesday, September 15, we will reopen at:

📍 Tecumseh United Methodist Church
605 Bishop Reed Drive, Tecumseh

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to return to our regular location as originally anticipated. All regular services, meals, activities and programming will continue at the temporary location.

At this time, we do not have a confirmed date for our return. We appreciate everyone’s patience and flexibility and will share additional updates as soon as they are available.

The Tecumseh Senior Center will be returning to its permanent location at Hayden Mills.

To accommodate the move, the Tecumseh Senior Center will be closed Friday, September 11, and Monday, September 14. Regular activities and services will resume at the Hayden Mills location on Tuesday, September 15.
