Madison Middle School Madison Middle School serves grades 6-8 in the Madison School District in Adrian, Michigan.

Madison School District was recently notified by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) that Madison Middle School is recognized as one of only two National Title I Distinguished Schools located in Michigan. A portion of the award notification states, “Because only two schools per state can be selected as a National Title I Distinguished School each year, this award is an especially prestigiou

s honor for your school, staff, and students.” This honor is based on statistical data compiled from the 2010-11 and 2011-12 school years which indicate Madison Middle School students are in the top 10% statewide for academic achievement. Madison Middle School is the best in Michigan, insuring that all students are achieving, or what the State calls “closing the achievement gap.” Whether a child is gifted or requires targeted intervention the data indicates that no school in Michigan better serves the diverse needs of students. if you're are interested in making a senior basket please fill out Google form. I'm waiting on Google form responses from the seniors should be getting it today. 1st come 1st serve for baskets and 1 basket per senior. But you can do for multiple seniors if you choose.

The MMS and MHS Orchestras, under the direction of Mrs. Zeckner, both earned the highest possible rating of “Division 1” at the recent Michigan School Band and Orchestra Association State Competitions. Madison’s Middle School Orchestra competed at Manchester HS on Friday April 24, while the MHS Orchestra was at Monroe HS on Saturday April 25. In order to advance to the state competitions, earlier in the school year the orchestras earned straight 1s at their MSBOA regional competitions. Congratulations to our fine orchestra student-musicians and Director Zeckner!

Madison Middle School is hosting its Spring Semi-Formal Dance on May 8th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the MS/HS Cafeteria. Entry to the event is $3, and doors open at 6:00 PM. Parents and guardians are asked to ensure that all students are picked up no later than 8:00 PM. In addition to dancing, students are encouraged to bring computers, cards, and board games for extra entertainment throughout the evening. Concessions will also be available for purchase. The school dress code will be strictly enforced for the duration of the event.
