Did you know?
There are around 10,000 children in foster care in Michigan.
About 200 of these children are waiting for a forever family right now.
This year, over 1,500 children are expected to be adopted from Michigan’s child welfare system.
According to Michigan Adoption Resource Exchange:
❤️ 168 children are waiting for adoption
💙 Most are between 11–17 years old, with the youngest being 5 & 6 years old
🧡 There are 5 sibling groups
💚 105 boys and 63 girls are waiting for loving homes
