💡💰 Empowerment in Action at Share the Warmth! 💰💡
We’re proud to spotlight our partnership with Community Action Agency and the incredible work of Felicia, who has devoted hundreds of hours at the shelter teaching vital financial empowerment skills to our guests.

Each week, Felicia leads classes that help individuals build financial stability and confidence — from budgeting and saving to her Rent for Success program that prepares guests for independent living. Beyond group sessions, she works one‑on‑one with participants, offering personalized guidance that helps them move from crisis to stability.

These classes aren’t just for shelter guests — they’re open to the public, and no registration is required! Anyone in the community is welcome to attend and learn practical tools for financial success.

If you, your organization, or your business are able to help by preparing and serving a meal, it would be a tremendous blessing and deeply appreciated. Huge shoutout to Madison Elementary for collecting 1,800+ rolls of toilet paper for the shelter! It’s easy to take everyday essentials for granted, but this donation meets a real and urgent need. What’s even more uplifting is watching youth lead the way in caring for their community. Their energy, empathy, and commitment to dignity remind us of what collective action can look like.
