Afton May Fair is a fun outdoor festival celebrating the arts and spring! The Afton Area Business Association is pleased to present the 19th annual Afton May Fair, Saturday, May 21 (10 a.m. Taking place in the picturesque Afton Town Square and surrounding boulevards, this outdoor festival features over 60 fine arts and crafts vendors showcasing pottery, lawn/garden art, woodwork, jewelry, photogra

phy, sculpture, fiber and more. The event is also packed with live music, great food, children’s activities, and much more. On Saturday, special guest Marjorie Johnson will judge an old-fashioned pie-baking contest. Johnson, of Blue Ribbon Baking, has won over 2,700 prize ribbons and is a popular guest on local and national television, including the Tonight Show and The View. This will be her second visit to Afton May Fair.

Ladies -if you love Afton - tomorrow is the monthly Ultimate Girls Night Out. This fun event runs 5-8:30 and includes wine tasting at Swirl, shopping discounts and prize drawings at Baglio and other Afton shops, special prices on spray tanning, hair tinsel, & mini-hand treatments from the three fabulous Afton salons, 1/2 price appetizers at Current, live music and food/drink specials at Sail Away, and MUCH more.

Bring the family today - we have bungee jumping, face painting, fair hair for relay for life, a very cute tractor train and the birds of prey from Carpenter Nature Center. Oh, and don't forget - MINI DONUTS!
