📍 Harrison-Caver Park – 4181 Augusta Rd. Clearwater, SC
Located off Highway 421 in Clearwater, Harrison-Caver Park is one of Aiken County’s recreation facilities, offering a wide variety of amenities and programs for residents of all ages.
Visitors can enjoy:
🏀 Lighted basketball court
🎾 Lighted tennis and pickleball courts
🚶 6/10-mile lighted walking track
🛝 Large playground
🏠 Community center with rentable space
🌳 Benches throughout the park
🥤 Concession stand and outdoor restrooms
⚽ Soccer field

The community building received a fresh update in early 2026 with a new roof, new flooring, and fresh paint, helping ensure the facility remains a welcoming space for meetings, events, and community gatherings.
In 2024, the tennis and pickleball courts were resurfaced, providing improved playing surfaces and court lighting that supports lessons and recreational play throughout the year.
The park also underwent significant enhancements in 2016, including the installation of new benches and swings and strategic land clearing that opened up beautiful views of Horse Creek and improved access for fishing opportunities along the creek.
For baseball and softball enthusiasts, Harrison-Caver Park features two batting cages available on a first-come, first-served basis for individual use. Teams and groups of three or more may reserve the cages for a nominal fee.
Harrison-Caver Park also serves as the headquarters for the Summer Break Café program, which provides free meals to children ages 18 and under at locations throughout Aiken County each summer.
In addition, the park hosts several popular community programs, including:
