Post 3386 weekly updates for June 9th - 12th.

I would like to thank everyone who showed up at Reardan yesterday for the Mule Days Parade, and supporting our Beer Garden even though the weather was not the best. Because of the weather we decided to close for today (Sunday June 7th)

We have some exciting news, Mike Durst and Jerry Goertz met with the Operations Manager from Home Depot last Thursday. They looked at what we were wanting to do and took pictures. They have a crew of 10 volunteer employee's (they have to use their own vacation time) to do the work. This will be done is phases starting in the kitchen area. We will be leaving the stage alone for now, but they will replace all kitchen cabinets, counter tops dry wall and insulate inside the water heater closet. They will also replace the cabinets by where the coffee pot is and do some much needed work in the office area. This will probably start after June 20th with the exact date TBD. We will need some volunteers from the Post and Auxiliary to help with this and empty out the cabinets in the kitchen and office. Home Depot will also haul off all demo material.
Later phases will include main hall flooring; bathroom drains and stage area. - Stay Tuned :)

Just a quick couple of reminders for this weekend at the Post. Reardan Parade this morning, meet at Reardan on Spokane Street 9:00am. Parade starts at 10:00 am. Fairchild AFB Skyfest 9:00 to 4:00pm Sat & Sun. Post Skyfest Beer Garden opens at 11:00. Logan's Grad party 3:00pm

The Post is also going to be open for Fairchild AFB Skyfest this weekend (June 6th and 7th. We will be having a "Beer Garden" starting at 11:00am each day. Skyfest Gates are open from 9:00am to 4:00pm each day. Access to the base is listed below -

Base access will only be granted with the following forms of Identification:

*Children UNDER age 18 do not need to show ID

U.S. Passport/ Passport Card
DoW Common Access Card
Uniformed Services ID Card
Permanent Resident Card
Tribal Nation ID
Veteran Health ID w/ Picture ID
