Interested in getting involved with wetland restoration? Consider volunteering with our friends and partners over at the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Foundation! They have a cypress tree planting coming up THIS Friday, March 2, in St. Bernard. Contact Dr. Theryn Henkel at [email protected] for more info!

Lake Pontchartrain Basin Foundation (LPBF) was established in response to environmental concerns voiced throughout the Basin. As the public’s independent voice, LPBF is dedicated to restoring and preserving the water quality, coast, and habitats of the entire Pontchartrain Basin.
