The Newstead Town Board will hold a public hearing on a site plan for a home-based business/special use permit application for 6061-6063 Cummings Rd for R. Roehling on Monday, May 11th at 7:25pm at the Town Hall. Interested persons are encouraged to attend.

Just a reminder....all Town offices will be closed this Friday, April 3rd to observe Good Friday and the Easter holiday. Happy Easter everyone! Refuse and recycling pick-up will be done on Friday as usual.

The Newstead Town Board will hold a public hearing on April 13th at 7:25pm to hear comments regarding a change in use request for 13025 Main Rd for the "Fire & Ice Nutrition Drink Shop". Interested individuals can attend the hearing or submit written comments to the Board in advance of the hearing.

The Erie County Sheriff's Department has released a new tip line for residents to share information with them. We encourage residents to download the app on their phone and use this valuable tool to report suspicious activity to the Sheriff's Dept.

A public hearing will be held on March 9, 2026 at 7:25pm at the Newstead Town Hall to hear comments on proposed changes to the Special Events Permit Law under Local Law 1 of 2026. To obtain a copy of the proposed changes, contact the Town Clerk's office at 761-542-4573.
