The Warrior Center at Thompson Middle School went through a significant renovation and rework this past summer to improve services and efficiency.

🩺 What a great morning at the Alabaster Health Fair!

Held annually at Thompson High School, the event is brought together through the efforts of Councilor Stacy Rakestraw, with support from the City of Alabaster, community partners and sponsors from the medical community.

A special shoutout to HOSA, JROTC and other THS students and organizations who did a fantastic job volunteering and engaging with attendees. 💯

🏆 Tremendous honor for these Thompson High School student musicians!

🎻🎺🎶 Congratulations to junior Addison Ogletree for winning a spot in the cello section of the Alabama Symphony Youth Orchestra!

She joins fellow THS students Robert Chenault (tuba) and Nicole Walters (viola) as members of this ensemble.

The Alabama Symphony Youth Orchestra (ASYO) is Alabama's premier youth symphony orchestra — a rigorous, professional-level training ensemble for student musicians ages 12–22. As the official youth orchestra of the Alabama Symphony Orchestra, ASYO offers young musicians the chance to perform full orchestral repertoire alongside peers from across the state, mentored directly by professional A*O musicians.
