Alameda Point Collaborative is the largest provider of permanent supportive housing in Alameda County and uses all of its resources to help families and individuals break the cycle of homelessness and poverty. APC uses Alameda’s decommissioned Naval Base to provide permanent housing and support services to 500 residents. Alameda Point Collaborative helps to end homelessness by providing housing and services that create a community where formerly homeless families feel empowered and can flourish.
