Rosefield Village is a mixed income family housing development that offers affordable housing options for Alameda’s low-income residents. There will be studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units available that will serve households earning 20-80% of the Area Median Income.
Rosefield Village is a new housing development located at 727 Buena Vista Avenue in the City of Alameda, with convenient access to services and public transportation.

In partnership with Alameda Food Bank , AHA staff volunteers their time twice a month to pack and distribute food to 140+ AHA households.

The City of Alameda - Local Government , Mayor Marilyn Ezzy Ashcraft, and the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda were spreading last Friday distributing free holiday Gift Cards to over 100 Housing Authority families. Major thank you to all the volunteers and firefighters on this incredible project, which in all provided gift cards to over 1,100 low income families in the City of Alameda.

This Wednesday (December 1st) starting at 3:30pm the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda is partnering with
www.DrawBridge.org to provide FREE and sessions to children (ages 4 to 18) that reside at any AHA housing community or live in a household that participates in the Section 8 program. The Drawbridge will be held at the Esperanza housing community located at 1903 Third Street in . Come join the fun!

Yesterday the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda hosted City of Alameda (Marilyn Ezzy Ashcraft) and (Gerry Beaudin and Eric Levitt) for a tour of Rosefield Village. is a 100% affordable housing development on the 700 block of Buena Vista Avenue that will house 92 households and is set to open in Summer of 2022.
