The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda is opening an online housing wait list application for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program and select Project-Based Voucher (PBV) programs. The housing wait list application period will be from open starting on Tuesday, December 3rd at 12pm through Monday, December 16th at 12pm. Once the application period starts, interested individuals and families can apply online via this link:https://www.alamedahsg.org/applicants/wait-lists/

The primary goal of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda is to provide quality, affordable, and safe housing in the City of Alameda.

Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) hosted an onsite tour of the Estuary I and Linnet Corner, as construction on both these buildings are right on schedule. Thank you to all those that attended including Mayor Marilyn Ezzy Ashcraft, staff, AHA Commissioner Thelma Decoy, and partners Building Futures and Alameda Point Collaborative. Yesterday's tour took attendees through interior community spaces, offices, and inside units, while AHA project managers shared information about the buildings and the residents these new homes will serve.
