Lincoln Park Playground Design – Community Input
ARPD is hosting a community input meeting on February 28 from 5:30pm – 7:00pm at the Lincoln Park Recreation Center (Harrison Center) in the outside courtyard. We will have numerous design options from playground companies for you to review. These are for both the 5-12 year old and under 5 year old playgrounds. Then you’ll have an opportunity to tell us the design you like best, provide feedback on what you would change and what’s important to you. Children and youth are welcome – they often have the best ideas since they’re our biggest users!

Masks are required to attend this meeting. If you’re running a bit late, please be sure to still join us as there are plenty of opportunities for input!

We look forward to hearing your thoughts on a new Lincoln Park playground design!

A large oak tree at Lincoln Park fell during today’s major storm event. We are thankful that no one was present or injured. The tree significantly damaged the playground and the pickleball court fence. The playground is now closed until further notice and may need a total replacement. The pickleball court fence will be replaced as quickly as possible and the courts are closed until that is completed.
