This Memorial Day, we honor those who gave everything in service to this nation.

Their sacrifice lives in the freedoms we defend, the families who carry their memory, and the shipmates who never stopped honoring their names.

We remember. We honor. We never forget.

We take PT pretty serious here at Alameda 💪

✨ It has been a busy couple of months of training for the A-Team. We’ve been fortunate to welcome our CGIS partners for local area training, hear from our area chaplain from Fleet and Family Monterey, host a visit from our local police department, and spend time with our furry friends from the American Red Cross.

04/07/2026

Time spent on training 📉 Time spent on mission 📈

From nine trainings last fiscal year, down to just six:

1. NCIS Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Awareness and Reporting 2. Department of War Cyber Awareness Challenge 2026
3. Operations Security Annual Training
4. Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Awareness
5. Su***de Prevention
6. Records Management in the Department of the Navy: Everyone's Responsibility

The new CMTs reinforce the fundamentals while respecting Sailors’ time and maintaining standards in the fleet.
