Crockett County Soil & Water Conservation District Located within the USDA Service Center. Board meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of the month and are open to the public.

Applications to sign up for TN Dept of Ag BMP cover crop for this Fall is open. Deadline to signup is August 5, 2026. Applications are available in our office located at 345 S Bells St, Suite C, Alamo, TN

Crockett County Soil and Water and NRCS were set up at Green Frog for Ag Day on Monday. All of Crockett County 5th graders came together to enjoy learning about agriculture in our county. Gary Lovett showed them how cover crops help our soil and water quality in the county.
