We have some fun library activities happening during spring break! As always everyone is welcome but, the story time + planting will be geared more towards little ones. We decided to also have an activity for the older kids, teens, and adults. We will be painting flower pots and planting flowers in them as well. Come enjoy some fun at the Alamo Library this spring break! 🌷🌷 Comment here or message me if you’re interested so I can have an idea of how many will be there 🤗

After a few months of renovations, the library is fully functioning again. The internet, computers, and printer are all up and running. All of our books are back on the shelves and ready to be checked out. We have also added some fun new features to the kids’ play area. Thank you so much to everyone who has been extremely patient and understanding during this time. Please come visit the library and see all the changes. I look forward to seeing everyone soon!

Your child's favorite stuffed animal is headed to their first sleepover!!! Being your stuffed animal and a blanket to the library for a fun library sleep over. We will do an activity, have snack time, & read the stuffed animals a few bedtime stories before tucking them in and saying goodnight.

When you come back the next day there will be a packet waiting for your child full of pictures of things the stuffed animals did while we were gone. ( parents think Elf on the Shelf type of thing )

It has come to my attention that there may be some confusion about the teddy bear sleepover. It is NOT a sleepover for children. NO children will be spending the night at the library. STUFFED ANIMALS ONLY. I edited the original post to hopefully explain it better but here is the video that many locals sent me in hopes of it happening here at the library. There is still plenty of time to sign up so please let me know. The dates are June 23rd and 24th
