PSCDC & WCRA: Building a Lasting Legacy!
PSCDC and WCRA's powerful collaboration built a lasting workforce bridge in Pagosa Springs, serving 141 individuals and igniting opportunities from affordable housing to fiber optics.

When federal stimulus funds made their way to Pagosa Springs Community Development Corporation (PSCDC), they weren't treated as a temporary fix. Instead, PSCDC leveraged the to build a permanent, thriving bridge between local youth, job seekers, and the employers who need them most.
