SLV BOCES SWAP Our program is a cooperative effort between the 14 School Districts/6 counties in the San Luis Valley & the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation

SWAP's mission is to serve and enrich the lives of young adults (ages 16 to 25) with mild to moderate barriers to employment by assisting them in obtaining successful employment within our community.

2025 Annual Fall SLV Career Fair.
Thank you to all 65+ vendors who were able to come out and speak to our local school districts in the SLV about the different career opportunities offered here in our Valley. A huge shout out to the 13 out of 14 School districts for bringing students, along side, ASU & TSC!! We had over 700 students come through.

Registrations are OPEN Valley-Wide for After-School Programming at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the San Luis Valley! We have sites serving Alamosa, Antonito, Blanca, Fort Garland, Saguache, and the Town of San Luis!

Program Hours and Details may vary by site. Please contact site staff or call for additional details.

Adelante Family Resource Center and SLV Community Solutions are giving out FREE school supplies for PreK-12th grade students in rural school districts. To find the distribution day and location your student is eligible to participate in, visit https://lapuentehome.org/lpevent/back2school/

Some things to know before you come:
🎒Bring your own bag or backpack to fill up
🏫Families should go to the distribution day/location within their own school district
🧒Students must be physically present to receive supplies
