Albany Historic Interior Home Tour

Albany Historic Interior Home Tour Homeowners open their homes to share the house’s history. July Summer Tour & December Christmas Tour. Financial gains are considered secondary.

The Historic Albany Interior Tours committee is a volunteer organization created to promote awareness of historic architecture and local history by creating unique and quality tours of Albany's vintage homes and buildings. To accomplish this, committee members work with the community and homeowners making it possible for the general public to view these structures and to feel welcomed and at home.

The committee's primary purpose is to share Albany's history and preservation. When financial gains permit, proceeds are dedicated to the preservation and interpretation of the Monteith House Museum. For information about individual tours, please follow this page.

The forecast is beautiful, the historic homes look incredible, and our volunteers are ready to give you an unforgettable day. Grab your tickets, invite a friend, and come stroll through history with us!

Tickets are $20 and available online now through July 24, and in-person the day of the event. Well-behaved children under 12 are admitted free with a paid adult.

On the day of the tour, visit the Albany Visitors Association office, 122 Ferry St SW, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to pick up your ticket, which includes a map, and a wristband. Both will be needed to enter the homes. Ticket sales will be available at the AVA on the day of the tour. Ticket sales the day of the event will be for cash/check only.
